Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

 

📦 Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

 

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, changes or cancellations cannot be made — but you may still return your order once received for a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards:

    We also accept payments via PayPal.

 

🛠️ When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Note: Orders placed during sales or holidays may take slightly longer.

 

🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping, please allow:

  • 2–4 weeks for delivery worldwide

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

 

📭 What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you're eligible for a full refund.
Please contact us at support@mystara.com and we’ll take care of it.

 

💰 Will I be charged customs or taxes?

All prices on our site are tax-free in USD.
However, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for customs delays or charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

🔄 How do I return an item?

To start a return, contact us at info@mystara.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the steps. Returns must be in original condition and packaging.

 

❌ What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please email us at support@mystara.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Any relevant details

We’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

 

💳 When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days

  • PayPal refunds may appear sooner

If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer for updates.
